Five on Friday

1. I finished my Valentine's Day craft I started early last month. Even though I won't be able to display it until next year, I didn't want to put it away half finished. I kind of love how it turned out!

2. I had a birthday (shout hooray) on Tuesday. Rog tricked me to believe he was going to work and it would be a regular day. I woke up to find that he was actually taking the whole day off to celebrate. I had a great day! (More on this later.)

3. Because I have a lot of spare time (not), I decided to reorganize our coat closet turned extra pantry. It has been bugging me for a long time, so I finally just did it. One of the reasons I wanted to reorganize it was to make a shelf for all of Corbyn's activities. They've been spread out all over the house and it's going to be so nice to have them all in one place!

4. I got Elder Jar's St. Patrick's Day package sent out this week. I figured he was going to be getting a lot of birthday packages and some Easter packages, so I'd send him a St. Patrick's Day one.

5. I saw this on Pinterest and thought it would be fun to do some letter crafts with Corbyn while Peyton naps. He's been doing great learning letters and their sounds thanks to this movie. We started with an A alien this week and he loved it!

Outstanding, amazing, incredible - just some of the words that attempt to describe my daughter - but none of them are really adequate to describe her . . .

and then there's Rog, taking the day off of work to spend with his wife on her birthday - how sweet is that?

Love the french Valentine's Day craft - and the balloon bouquet, and the shelf especially for Corby.

Then there is the most creative package for Äldste Jar EVER!

Plus - you got Corby to smile for a photo :) That photo is definitely going on next year's calendar!

The "Amour" sign turned out darling!! I love it, you did such a good job!

Hooray for birthdays! I'm so glad Roger took the day off to make it extra special for you.

You are such a good sister to Jared, that package looks awesome :)

Love the letter idea with Corbyn. Maybe I'll copy you, we need more things to in the tundra out here!
