Back when I was working, I didn't even give a second thought to holidays like Mardi Gras and Cinco de Mayo. But now that I have a little more time to think about what we'll be having for dinner, I'm having fun planning holiday-themed menus.
For Cinco de Mayo we had the most delicious Wild West Sizzlin' Chicken Tacos and Spanish Rice.
