Apparently I wasn't the only one losing sleep on Thursday night... Friday afternoon Roger called our realtor and she said that she had talked to the owners' realtor and they really wanted to make it work. For whatever reason they said they needed $1,000 more than our last offer, so we offered them that and they said yes. So it definitely paid off to say no and make them nervous.
Now comes the fun part... getting our loan, signing away our life! We also get to look forward to painting our walls, decorating, and buying a whole butt load of furniture. It should be a great adventure!
Now I know you're dying to see the inside of the house. We don't have many good pictures, but here are our favorite rooms.
Mine. Isn't the kitchen just beautiful.
And Rog's. Now he can change our oil! That alone should pay for the house. Haha... I wish!
